Put the steel mold on the machine for preliminary injection molding. In addition to ignoring the uneven surface, carefully compare it with the prototype and carefully check any details, including the interface connection, the position of the mold injecting gate, whether the parts are reasonable, whether weak parts such as hair are deformed or damaged, and whether they are properly baked. Bake it to see if it is deformed or cracked, whether key parts such as the face are deformed, whether the overall shrinkage is severe, whether the posture is deformed, whether it can stand firmly, where the center is, and perform a standing test.

 

 

When the inner wall surface is polished smooth, important details that cannot be lost must be repeatedly explained. The fit and shape of the polished parts will undergo certain changes.

 

 

It is the same as the initial sample confirmation, but also check whether the surface is smooth, whether there is flash, whether there are streaks, whether the parting line is within an acceptable range (depending on the budget cost), test the standing ability, and determine the PVC hardness of each part. The packaging size has been basically confirmed in the prototype stage. In the early stage, try to confirm the packaging form, the material of the carton, the thickness and weight of the paper, whether to add blister, open windows, whether to add highlights, special packaging and other issues. The high-end PVC products produced by Demeng will put small plastic bags on protruding parts such as hands, feet and hair to ensure that they will not be stained or damaged. At the same time, thick cartons for external delivery are customized according to the determined packaging size, and the quantity per box is determined.

 

 

The oil spray mold will be produced after the official PVC figures sample is confirmed. The oil spray mold requires the coloring sample of the hand prototype for reference. The oil spray mold is related to the paint quality of the figure. Complex and important details such as eyes can be realized with the oil spray mold. You can also use pad printing. There will be as many spray painting processes as there are spray molds.

The spray mold must be clamped and not loose. The spray-painted surface is completely exposed. It can be placed without too much baking. The fit is good, the pattern position is accurate and clear, and the thinner the copper sheets around the spray-painting range, the better. The effect after spraying is no color spillage and no paint sticking. Clean up in time after spraying multiple times.

 

 

The size of the pattern should be chosen carefully and try to be consistent with the design prototype, with the correct direction and accurate color. The curvature and deformation of pad printing on different surfaces should also be taken into account. The fixed mold for pad printing must also have a high degree of fit and not shift or deform.

 

 

The production of bulk samples should follow the production process to ensure the finished product as much as possible, starting from the mass production of a small part of the PVC formal sample, spray painting and pad printing, and finally assembly. At the same time, the brand side needs to cooperate with supervision and adjustment to finally make the appearance. Color, pattern and prototype sample consistent.

In this project, process quality assessment and final quality grade confirmation are carried out, and the quality of mass production is determined according to the contract. If there is a problem with the center of gravity and the base, it is necessary to add pile positions and steel nails in the legs. Produce a certain number of large samples, and both parties will retain and confirm the records.
