Prepare a polished resin master mold

Shape clay to match the resin model and create positioning holes around the perimeter to prevent shifting or deformation, facilitating the tight connection of the two halves of the mold.

Create a mold frame
Construct a frame around the clay to create a mold frame. Seal the seams completely with a hot glue gun to prevent liquid silicone from seeping out after pouring.

Prepare the silicone
Mix the silicone according to the required quantity in a ratio of 100:2 of silicone and hardener. Ensure thorough and uniform mixing to avoid incomplete curing.

Pour the silicone
Pour the well-mixed silicone slowly in a filamentous manner to minimize air bubbles.

Wait for complete curing
After about 6-8 hours, when the liquid silicone has completely cured, it's time to open the mold, completing one half of the two-part mold.

Repeat the above steps
Remove the clay from the bottom, invert the mold, and repeat the above steps to create the other half of the silicone mold.

After curing, remove the mold frame to finish the production of the two halves of the silicone mold.

Continue pouring the mixed resin into the model, filling it to the required height. Be careful not to leave any gaps or bubbles and use tools like needles or toothpicks to remove any.

Wait for the resin to harden
Allow the resin to completely harden. This process usually takes several hours to several days, depending on factors such as the type of resin used, temperature, and humidity.

Finally, remove the hardened sculpture from the model and proceed with polishing and painting. When polishing, ensure clear lines and surface details. For painting, choose suitable paints and brushes to achieve the desired design.
