Fiberglass, also known as FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), comprises glass fiber reinforcements and a base of unsaturated polyester, epoxy, or phenolic resins. With different resin varieties, it's termed as polyester fiberglass, epoxy fiberglass, or phenolic fiberglass. This material is characterized by its lightweight, non-conductive, high mechanical strength, ease of molding, coloring adaptability, and ability to form diverse shapes. Despite its durability, lasting up to a decade, exposure to elements over time might lead to deformation and occasional cracking. Hence, handling fiberglass sculptures requires caution to prevent damage from impact or scratches during use and transport.

Creating a 3D Model: Designers refine and develop a 3D model based on the client's provided visual references or drawings, ensuring it matches the required dimensions and specifications.
Foam Model Sculpting:The 3D model is used to create a foam prototype through machine sculpting, capturing the details of the sculpture.
Mold Making: Depending on the quantity required, small-scale sculptures (1-2 pieces) might use wooden molds, while mid-scale (3-5 pieces) may employ gypsum molds, and larger quantities typically utilize fiberglass molds.
Sculpting Process: After mold creation, the sculpture-making process involves filling the molds with materials such as resin and fiberglass. Multiple layers are applied, usually 3-5mm thick, and larger sculptures may require internal frameworks.
Demolding: Once the sculpture is set, it is carefully removed from the molds.
Shaping: Post-demolding, the sculpture undergoes any necessary adjustments according to the provided design specifications.
Polishing and Dusting: The sculpture is meticulously polished to achieve the desired shape, and any excess dust or particles are removed for a smooth finish.
Priming: Priming the sculpture involves applying base layers, followed by the desired paint colors.
Painting: Skilled painters manually add artistic details to the sculpture to achieve the desired appearance.
Finishing with Glossy Coating: Once the painting is completed and dried, a glossy finish is applied to enhance the sculpture's appearance.
